    These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (\u2018you\u2019) and Xamves (“Company,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u2019), concerning your access to and use of the https:\/\/imagineme.ai website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the \u201cSite”). We are registered in the Netherlands. <\/p>\n
