Cookies & Similar Technologies Policy
How we use browser cookies and similar technologies across DreamDive, VideoExpander, and ImagineMe, and the choices you have.
This Cookies & Similar Technologies Policy ("Cookie Policy") explains how DreamDive, VideoExpander, and ImagineMe (Latysocles Studio) ("we", "us", or "our") use cookies and similar technologies when you visit or use DreamDive, VideoExpander, ImagineMe, dreamdive.ai, videoexpander.ai, imagineme.ai, our shared account system, websites, applications, APIs, dashboards, media generation tools, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Consent by region. Where consent is required by law (for example, in the EU/EEA or UK), we will only use non-essential cookies/trackers (such as analytics and marketing technologies) after you have provided opt-in consent via a cookie banner or preference center. In other regions, we may still provide controls and honor your settings where feasible.
Policy vs implementation alignment (important): If we do not display a cookie banner in your region, we operate the Service using essential cookies only and we do not deploy non-essential analytics/marketing cookies or trackers. In practical terms, this means we do not load, initialize, or call non-essential tracking technologies (including analytics/marketing JavaScript SDKs, pixels, or storage access) until we have an appropriate consent mechanism and you have opted in where required.
1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (for example your computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, pixels/tags, and JavaScript SDKs. In this Cookie Policy, we refer to all of these technologies together as "cookies" unless we need to distinguish them.
2. Who Sets Cookies?
- First-party cookies: placed by us directly on domains we control (for example
dreamdive.ai, videoexpander.ai, and imagineme.ai). - Third-party cookies: placed by providers that help us operate, secure, measure, and (where enabled) market the Service.
3. Categories of Cookies We Use
3.1 Strictly Necessary / Essential Cookies
These cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They support: authentication, session integrity, CSRF protection, fraud prevention, security, and load balancing.
3.2 Preferences & Functional Cookies
These cookies remember choices you make (for example language or UI preferences) and support certain functional features. Where required by law, we treat certain preference cookies as non-essential unless they are strictly necessary for a feature you request.
3.3 Analytics & Measurement Cookies / Trackers
Subject to applicable law and your consent where required, we may use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used, diagnose issues, and improve performance. Depending on configuration, this may include tools such as: PostHog, Google Analytics, and/or Cloudflare Analytics.
EU/EEA/UK approach: where opt-in is required, we do not load or run these analytics tools (and do not set/read non-essential identifiers via them) until you have opted in through our consent mechanism. If we operate any measurement in a region without consent, it will be limited to truly essential or privacy-preserving configurations that do not access non-essential device identifiers (and we will update this policy to match what we do).
3.4 Marketing / Advertising Cookies (Remarketing, Conversion Tracking)
Subject to applicable law and your consent where required, we may use marketing and advertising technologies to: measure conversions, understand campaign performance, and (where enabled) show relevant ads on third-party platforms. Depending on configuration, this may include Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta Pixel and/or Conversions API.
EU/EEA/UK: marketing cookies/trackers are used only after opt-in consent. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner/preference center (where available) or your browser controls.
3.5 Third-Party Payment & Infrastructure Cookies
When you use subscriptions or payment flows, third-party providers (for example, Stripe) may set their own cookies to enable secure payment, prevent fraud, and manage checkout/billing sessions. We may also use infrastructure/security providers (for example, CDNs) that set cookies for security and routing.
4. Cookie/Vendor Table (Examples)
The table below lists common vendors and categories we may use. Actual cookies can vary by region, feature, and configuration. Where consent is required and a banner is not available, non-essential tools listed below are not deployed.
| Vendor | Category | Purpose | Typical Duration | Controls |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| DreamDive / VideoExpander / ImagineMe (first-party) | Essential | Login sessions, CSRF protection, security | Up to 30 days | Browser settings (may break Service) |
| Cloudflare / Bunny CDN | Essential / Security | Routing, load balancing, DDoS protection | Varies | Browser settings |
| Stripe | Essential / Payment | Secure checkout, fraud prevention, billing portal | Varies | Stripe/browser settings |
| PostHog | Analytics | Product analytics, event measurement | Varies | Cookie banner / browser settings |
| Google Analytics | Analytics | Traffic & usage analytics | Varies | Cookie banner / browser settings |
| Cloudflare Analytics | Analytics | Performance and traffic measurement | Varies | Cookie banner / browser settings |

5. How Long Cookies Are Stored
Cookies may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (remain until they expire or you delete them). Lifetimes vary by cookie and provider.
6. Your Choices and Control
6.1 Cookie Banner / Preference Center (Where Available)
Where required by law, we provide an opt-in consent mechanism for non-essential cookies/trackers. Where available, you can also withdraw consent or adjust preferences at any time using the cookie banner or preference center.
6.2 Browser Settings
Most browsers let you control cookies. If you block essential cookies, parts of the Service may not work correctly.
6.3 Marketing opt-out (where applicable)
If marketing cookies are enabled and you want to opt out, you can do so via our cookie preferences (where available), your browser settings, and the relevant platform settings (e.g., Google/Meta ad preferences).
7. International Use and Transfers
Cookie-derived data may be processed in different jurisdictions depending on our providers and infrastructure. We take reasonable steps to ensure transfers comply with applicable law and use appropriate safeguards where required.
